M.I.A.

Hello !!!   I'm back !!!  Firstly I must apologise profusely for my absence from my blog - however there are no excuses ..... life just got in the way.

I hope everyone has had a beautiful Christmas, and a happy and healthy new year.  I can't believe it's February already.  My eldest son started Year 8, and my 4 year old has started kindergarten, and he can't contain his excitement lol.

Firstly, I'd like to direct you to my side bar, where you'll see some awesome blog candy up for grabs.  If not for the candy, you should definately visit Cassie's blog for inspiration and her incredible talent.  I love Cassie's work, and always find I learn so much from her.

Anyway, I have managed to find some time lately to scrap some layouts, and would like to share them with you.

My first layout today is a Christmas photo of my youngest son.  Here I've used the My Mind's Eye Christmas papers, which I absolutely love.

This layout is using an older range of papers from Kaisercraft.  These photos are of the new generation of cousins, who unfortunately don't get to see each other enough.  Poor Hayley (in the centre), she just wasn't happy posing for pics with the boys lol.

The next layout is also using the My Mind's Eye Christmas papers, however not for Christmas photos.
I celebrated my 40th birthday in January this year, and we had a great party at home with family and friends.  We even hired a mobile pizza man who cooked pizzas until we couldn't eat any more.  He even made dessert pizzas .... yum !!  This is a pic of me with the Chandon Craft girls .... such a great place to work, and I feel extremely fortunate to have found employment here.

The next layout is of my beautiful niece Hayley.  With two sons, it's such a delight to be able to scrap in pink !!

And last, but not least, the final two layouts are using the new "A Boy's Life" papers that we recently got in store.  I love these papers, and have even made a few "teenage" cards also.

For those who have stayed with me till the end, thank you.  I hope you've enjoyed my layouts, as I've had a ball making them.  We're hoping to have a quiet weekend in our house, so I'm looking forward to some more scrapping.  Hopefully I'll be back again soon with some more to share.

I also want to share a beautiful handmade gift a girlfriend made me for my birthday, so I'll get cracking on some photos and show you all.

Thanks again, and take care everyone.

Hugs
Honor xo
