IT'S HERE, IT'S HERE !!!!

Today is a big day over at Molossi. As you would have seen around, there has been some teasing, and today is the day we share with you both good and sad news.

On behalf of everyone at Molossi we would like to thank the outgoing Chipboard team for their support, creativity and friendship. Thank you so much Leanne, Gail and Joanne, for your inspiration and creativity. We hope you have been inspired by these fabulous ladies, they have created some amazing projects using Molossi products and will be greatly missed. We wish them all the best their future creative endeavours.
Now no more teasing, no more sneaks...... time to share with you Molossi's first ever Mood Board Challenge.

A challenge is valid from the 1st of the month with some criteria and the entries are due the last day of the month being the 31st of May 2014.

ANYONE CAN ENTER:

We accept scrapbook pages/layouts & canvases.  We also accept art journal double spread pages or single Art Journal pages, along with Cards and Off the Page creations.

We do not accept digital entries, ATCs, or tags.

Please create unique entries for our Molossi Mood Board challenge. They must not be submitted for any other online challenges, and they are not to be combined with other challenges.

You need to be a blog owner to play  (so you can link up to your blog).
Please don't link up to galleries as often this is problem for our design team. We are not members of the same gallery & therefore cannot gain access easily, and leave you comments.

Please do not link to your entire blog as this makes it difficult to find your post & therefore could result in us being unable to comment on or judge your entry.

Then add your NAME & COUNTRY to your title on the Inlinkz tool on the right hand side bar of Molossi's blog.

It is open to Australian and internationals contestants. The Prize is a $40 product pack plus postage. Judging will take place after the close of the challenge by the design team. All decisions are final.

Good luck to everyone, and we can't wait to see your creations.

Thanks for stopping by,

Kaisercraft Base Coat

Hi, here is a quick card I've created using lots of goodies that can be found in the Molossi online store.

I've used the Kaisercraft Base Coat range to make this card, with the base made from cream cardstock.

The flowers are from the Manorhouse 'Melissa' range, embellished with Flourish With A Bling.

"Dream" is a pre-cut Manorhouse word, available in both black & white and can be coloured to suit your project.

I hope you're all having a lovely day, and find some time for creating today.

Thanks for stopping by,

HOP HOP HOPPY EASTER

Hello everyone,

No sooner have we recovered from Christmas & school holidays, and Easter is just around the corner.
What will you all be doing to celebrate with your family?
We will be lucky enough to have my husband's parents visit for a week or so.  Our kids love having them visit us, as they only get to see them once or twice a year, so you can imagine how excited they are at the thought of them coming!!  We will also be spending our Good Friday supporting the Royal Children's Hospital here in Melbourne, by attending the Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt at the Werribee Mansion.  This is always an awesome day, supporting a fantastic cause.

So I'm here today to share with you, two Easter cards I've made.

The first card is a Magnolia stamp, that I've coloured with Copic Markers.
I've stamped on Blending Card, with Memento Ink.
The roses are Molossi paper roses (white), and I've coloured this with Copic Markers also, to match the image.  The base cardstock is Violet & Lavender, and embellished with Flourish with A Bling Silver Rhinestones "Elise".

The second card is also a Magnolia stamp, again coloured with Copic Markers.  I've stamped on Blending Card with Memento Ink.

The paper roses have again been coloured with Copic Markers to match the papers.  The punched edge is a Martha Stewart punch, and the ribbon & patterned papers (on the card above), are from my scrap stash.

The butterfly is an embossed foil sticker from Molossi, and I've raised the image using Paper Xtra 3D foam dot adhesives.
Don't forget Molossi also have all your adhesive needs, like
XPress It Tape and 450 Glue.

Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you all have a beautiful Easter

Special Times

SPECIAL TIMES
Hello everyone,

It's been a great couple of days here for crafting, the sun is hiding, and I'm here to share with you my latest card.

I've made this card using Kaisercraft's Base Coat range, which I love working with.  This card could be used for any number of occasions.
The base of the card is made from brown cardstock, and cut into a fancy fold card.  This was fun to make, and very easy.
I've embellished the card using Flourish with A Bling, Green Tara Paper String and Butterfly Critters.
I've also highlighted the bricks in the paper, by cutting out individual bricks, distressing the edges, and foam mounting them on the front of the card.

The star of this card is the gorgeous flower from Manorhouse
that I have highlighted the centre with "Ice Blue" Stickles, and the sentiment is a Paper Xtra rub-on.
